We enforce specified rebar gauges (10mm to 25mm high-yield steel) without undersized artisan substitutes. Concrete casting follows strict volumetric batch ratios (1:2:4 for standard structural elements) with mandated curing water schedules.
2. Transparent BOQ & Material Audit
Every project begins with a transparent Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Deliveries of cement, aggregates, and steel are cross-referenced with supplier dockets to ensure zero diversion of materials from your site.
3. Site Safety & Workmanship (HSE)
